This creamy yogurt dressing is my go-to for fast, fresh flavour. Lemon brightens, olive oil smooths everything out, and a touch of garlic adds character. It works beautifully on salads, bowls, wraps, or crunchy veggies.

- 150 g Greek yogurt or full-fat plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1/5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pour the yogurt into a small bowl.
- Add the olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Set aside (chill if possible) until ready to serve.
