- Fresh greens or arugula 1 generous handful
- Feta cheese about 100g
- Black olives as desired
- Seeds 1–2 teaspoons
Simple Dressing
- 2 –3 tbsp sesame oil good quality makes a big difference

Instructions
- Place the salad greens or arugula in a large bowl.
- Top with the watermelon cubes, crumbled feta, and black olives.
- Sprinkle with seeds of your choice.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and fresh lemon juice.
- Toss gently, taste, and adjust the seasoning if needed.
