These almond and lime energy balls are a healthy, quick, and no-bake snack. Packed with fiber and natural energy, they’re perfect for snacking, post-workout fuel, or a wholesome treat
Ingredients
- 1 glass almonds
- 1 glass pitted dried dates
- 1/2 glass unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 lime, zested and juiced – Use 1 tbsp of zest and 1 tbsp + 1 tsp of lime juice
Instructions

Add the almonds, dates, shredded coconut, lime zest, and juice to a food processor.

Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes crumbly and sticky.

Pause to scrape down the sides if needed to ensure even mixing.

Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and press it between your fingers:

If it holds together well, roll into 1-inch balls.

If it’s too dry, add a splash of lime juice or water and blend again.

Roll into balls (about 20 total).
