For the Pumpkin Spice Mix
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Ingredients
- Add the pumpkin purée to a small saucepan.
- Sprinkle in the pumpkin spice mix for full fall flavor.
- Pour in the milk and add the white chocolate. Gently stir together; whole or barista-style plant milk works best for frothiness.
- Heat on low, whisking constantly. Warm gently, do not boil, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mix is smooth.
- Pour into your favorite mug. For extra smoothness, strain the latte before serving.
- Top with whipped cream (optional). Pipe a generous swirl on top.
