Description

These Five Guys–style Cajun fries turn out crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Using frozen fries, a drizzle of olive oil, and Cajun seasoning, you get bold, consistent flavor every time, baked in the oven or cooked in the air fryer, quickly and with zero fuss.


Ingredients

  • 560 g / 20 oz frozen thin-cut fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt


Instructions

Oven cooking

  1. Preheat the oven according to the package (180°C).
  2. Put the fries in a large bag.
  3. Add the olive oil and toss.
  4. Add the Cajun seasoning and toss.
  5. Spread on a baking tray.
  6. Bake according to the package.
  7. Salt if desired.

Air fryer cooking

  1. Season the fries as above.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  3. Put the fries in the basket.
  4. Cook until golden, shaking halfway through.
  5. Salt if desired.
