- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
Instructions
- Combine grenadine syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice in a wide dish (shallow works better than deep).
- Pop it in the fridge/freezer.
- Every hour, scrape the forming ice with a fork to break it into delicate crystals.
- Repeat 4-6 times over ~6 hours until fully icy.
- Chill glasses ahead of time for best presentation.
- Scoop the granita in, top with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds, and serve instantly.
