This quick, creamy cocktail sauce is the perfect companion for prawns, langoustines, and all your favourite seafood. Smooth, tangy, and full of flavour, it’s simple to make and easy to adapt to your taste. In just minutes, you’ll have a fresh, delicious dip that elevates any seafood dish effortlessly.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (use less for a lighter colour)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and salt. Taste.
  2. Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
  3. Stir and taste again. Adjust according to your taste, add more Tabasco for heat, or more lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce if you want.
