Ingredients
- 500 g of pasta : Precooked in salted water until al dente
- 250 ml crème fraîche
- 1 fresh onion
- a few slices of smoked salmon : Adjust the quantity based on the number of servings
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- a pinch of black pepper
Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package for the perfect texture.

Heat a splash of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
