  • 5 sweet potatoes (small), washed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 390°F.
  2. Pierce each sweet potato with a fork (4-6 holes).
  3. Brush with oil (about 1 tsp per potato) and salt all over.
  4. Place in the basket, then reduce to 180°C / 355°F.
  5. Cook 25-30 minutes for small sweet potatoes (adjust for size).
  6. Rest 5 minutes before slicing, this finishes the inside and keeps it fluffy.
  7. Split open and fluff the flesh with a fork.
