Description

These air fryer jacket potatoes give crisp skins and fluffy centres with very little oil, without running the oven for an hour. Follow the timings, turning tips, and serving ideas for a fast weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes
  • Olive oil (ideally in a spray bottle)
  • Salt (from the grinder)
  • Black pepper (from the grinder)

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes well and pat them dry.

  2. Lightly brush with a little oil on both sides (or spray with oil).

  3. Crush a little salt and black pepper over the top.

  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.

  5. Cook at 190°C for 40 minutes. Halfway through, turn the potatoes for even cooking on both sides.

  6. At the end of cooking, remove the potatoes from the basket, cut in half, scrape the fluffy inside a little, add a bit of butter, and enjoy!
